59. Young Camellia Cuttings

Propagating our latest Camellias.

I received our new Camellias the other day, and today I took a few cuttings form each of them for winter propagation. Last week I did my first batch of Camellia propagation using our neighbor’s mature unlabeled Camellia; that post includes the link to the instructions video. I will curious to see if there is more or less success with these younger plants.

Day One

Here is a time stamp February 27, 2024, of the Camellia trays. They live inside my greenhouse on top of one of my own DIY self-watering trays.

Camellia japonica 'April Snow'
