11. Schematic Design Summer Sketch

Bedroom tweaks, laundry upgrades.

Over the past three-week vacation, I had the pleasure of working with pencil and tracing paper. I made a few updates.

• Revised kids’s bedroom layout

• Bigger deck next to the game room with bike strorage below

• New concept for a repeating vertical wood slat concept at stairs

• Updated circulation flow around the dining room and back of house entry

• Bigger laundry area at the lower level
